You can find dandelions just about anywhere. It can grow anywhere, as a matter of fact, I can see then porking out right now on my lawn. While some part of the world loves it, eat, and uses it for medical use. Other parts of the world use pesticides to eradicate and kill them. In most cases, it comes right back as it is difficult to kill them. No matter how much one tries to get rid of this medicinal plant, each year it stubbornly returns. There is no reason to plant them as you can practically find them anywhere from your lawn to farms and countrysides,, etc.

The best time to harvest these plants is anytime. The younger greens are the best as it is less bitter. They are fresher and more tender. The root however can be harvested and used around late fall. Here are ways Dandelion is good for digestion and good gut health.

In order words, it stimulates the flow of digestive juices from the exocrine glades of the month Let the digestive track aware that food is coming it’s way so it is prepared to accept it and work. It also helps stimulate a receptor in the stomach, pancreas, duodenum, and liver aid in good digestion.
